By creating an account, accessing, or using Timelys, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

Available functionality may depend on the selected subscription plan, platform, location, and current version of Timelys.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create and operate a Timelys business account.
If you use Timelys on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Timelys complies with laws and regulations applicable to you and your business.
Accounts and security
Some Timelys features require an account.
When creating and maintaining an account, you agree to provide accurate and reasonably current information.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- activity performed through your account;
- restricting unauthorized access to your account;
- promptly notifying us if you become aware of unauthorized access or a security incident involving your account.
You may not impersonate another person or organization or intentionally provide misleading account information.
We may require additional verification where reasonably necessary to protect users, businesses, or the Services.
Business accounts and permissions
A Timelys account may be associated with one or more businesses.
Business owners and authorized team members may have different permissions within a business account.
The business owner is responsible for determining who should have access to the business account and for maintaining appropriate access permissions.
If you invite staff members or other users to access a business through Timelys, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide them with such access.
Public booking pages
Timelys may allow businesses to create public booking pages that customers can use to schedule appointments.
Businesses are responsible for the information displayed on their booking pages, including:
- business information;
- descriptions;
- services;
- prices;
- staff information;
- locations;
- working hours;
- availability;
- cancellation or booking policies;
- other information supplied by the business.
Timelys provides the technology used to facilitate bookings but generally does not provide the underlying services booked by customers.
Businesses and customers
When a customer books an appointment with a business through Timelys, the underlying service relationship is generally between the customer and the business.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Timelys is not the provider of the booked service.
The business is responsible for:
- delivering the service;
- determining its prices;
- maintaining accurate availability;
- complying with appointments;
- communicating applicable business policies;
- handling customer disputes concerning the service;
- complying with applicable consumer, licensing, tax, and industry requirements.
Timelys is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, suitability, or performance of services offered by businesses using the platform.
Customer data
Businesses may receive personal information from customers who make appointments through Timelys.
Businesses agree to use customer information only for lawful and appropriate business purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Businesses must not use Timelys to unlawfully collect, disclose, sell, distribute, or misuse customer information.
Our own handling of personal information is described in the Timelys Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Timelys.
You may not use the Services to:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe intellectual property or other rights;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or infrastructure;
- interfere with the normal operation or security of Timelys;
- bypass security, access, subscription, or usage restrictions;
- perform unauthorized automated extraction or scraping;
- use Timelys for fraudulent or deceptive activity;
- send unlawful spam or abusive communications;
- collect or process personal information unlawfully;
- impersonate another person or business;
- intentionally disrupt the booking process of another business;
- use the Services in a manner that could reasonably damage Timelys or other users.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action to protect the Services and our users.
Business content
Businesses are responsible for content and information they submit to Timelys.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and use such content.
You retain ownership of content that belongs to you.
You grant Timelys a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, display, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Services.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Timelys.
Plans and limits
Timelys may offer multiple subscription plans with different features and usage limits.
Current plans may include Basic, Business, and Pro.
Depending on the selected plan, limits may apply to features such as:
- number of services;
- number of staff members;
- number of business locations;
- CRM access;
- other functionality or usage limits.
The features, limits, and prices applicable to a plan are presented when you select or purchase that plan.
We may change available plans, features, or pricing in the future. Where required, existing subscribers will receive appropriate notice before changes affecting their subscription take effect.
Free trials
Timelys may offer eligible users a free trial.
At the time of these Terms, Timelys may provide a 14-day trial without requiring a payment card, subject to eligibility and availability.
The trial is intended to allow businesses to evaluate the Services.
When a trial expires, certain actions or features may become unavailable until an eligible paid subscription is activated. Business information may remain available in a limited or read-only form where supported.
Creating multiple accounts or otherwise attempting to circumvent trial restrictions may result in suspension or termination.
We may modify or discontinue trial offers for future users.
Payments and renewals
Paid subscriptions may be offered through Timelys or third-party payment platforms.
For purchases made through Apple's App Store or another application marketplace, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may also be governed by that marketplace's applicable terms.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled.
The applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, taxes, and payment method will be presented before a purchase is completed.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through the platform through which it was purchased or through another cancellation method made available by Timelys.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not necessarily immediately terminate access for a period that has already been paid for.
If a subscription was purchased through Apple's App Store, subscription management and cancellation may need to be completed through the user's Apple account.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the method used to purchase the subscription and applicable law.
For purchases processed by an application marketplace such as Apple's App Store, refund requests may be handled by that marketplace under its policies.
For purchases processed directly by Timelys or another payment provider, any applicable refund terms will be communicated as part of the purchase process.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Scheduling and availability
Timelys uses business configuration, working hours, staff availability, existing appointments, and other information to determine available booking times.
We work to provide accurate scheduling functionality, but we cannot guarantee that every displayed time will remain available in every circumstance.
Bookings may also be affected by network failures, incorrect business configuration, simultaneous booking attempts, technical errors, or changes made by the business.
Booking policies
Businesses may manage, reschedule, or cancel appointments through Timelys where the applicable functionality is available.
Customers may have cancellation or rescheduling options depending on the functionality enabled by the business.
Individual businesses may establish their own cancellation, lateness, no-show, deposit, or refund policies.
Those policies are the responsibility of the relevant business unless Timelys expressly states otherwise.
Notifications
Timelys may provide booking, account, security, and other service-related notifications.
Notifications may be delivered through the application, push notifications, email, or other supported communication channels.
Delivery cannot be guaranteed because notifications may depend on device settings, network availability, operating systems, third-party providers, or other factors outside our control.
Users should not rely exclusively on notifications as the sole record of their appointments or business schedule.
Availability
We aim to keep Timelys reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- software updates;
- infrastructure problems;
- third-party service outages;
- security incidents;
- network failures;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, update, replace, or discontinue parts of the Services as Timelys evolves.
Application marketplaces
Timelys may provide mobile applications through third-party application marketplaces, including Apple's App Store and Google Play.
Your use of those marketplaces may be subject to additional terms imposed by Apple, Google, or another platform operator.
The marketplace provider is not responsible for providing the Timelys Services except to the extent required by applicable law or its own platform terms.
Intellectual property
Timelys and its associated software, designs, interfaces, branding, logos, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by Timelys or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Timelys or its proprietary materials.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Timelys intellectual property to you.
Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Timelys, we may use that feedback to develop and improve the Services without an obligation to compensate you, provided that doing so does not give us ownership of your unrelated intellectual property or confidential business information.
Third-party services
Timelys may depend on or integrate with third-party services, infrastructure, payment providers, application marketplaces, communication providers, or other technology platforms.
We do not control all third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or operation.
Your use of third-party products or services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Suspension
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Timelys where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- material violation of these Terms;
- fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- security threats;
- abuse of the Services;
- attempts to circumvent platform restrictions;
- non-payment of applicable fees;
- legal or regulatory requirements.
Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Timelys at any time.
Users may request deletion of their Timelys account in accordance with the functionality or instructions provided through the Services.
Deletion may be subject to reasonable retention requirements, including legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and other legitimate obligations.
Additional information about personal data deletion is available in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Timelys is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- the Services will always be uninterrupted;
- every feature will always remain available;
- the Services will be completely free from errors;
- every notification will be successfully delivered;
- businesses or customers will perform their obligations;
- use of Timelys will produce any particular commercial result.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Timelys and its operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Services.
This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, business users agree to indemnify and hold Timelys harmless from third-party claims arising from their unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or services provided by their business through appointments facilitated by Timelys.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Timelys's own unlawful conduct.
Consumer rights
These Terms are not intended to limit rights granted to consumers under mandatory applicable law.
If consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract, those rights continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Timelys develops or as legal, regulatory, or operational requirements change.
When we update the Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date.
If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice where required by law.
Continued use of Timelys after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws identified for the legal entity operating Timelys, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be handled by the courts or other dispute-resolution mechanisms having jurisdiction under applicable law.
The specific governing law and jurisdiction should be stated here once the legal entity operating Timelys and its jurisdiction have been finalized.
